Default I sure hope so. Does anybody know about the new A6 wheels specifically...
The ones that are the TT with a premium(I think) package.

Default I think you're talking about the A6 4.2 wheels.
Here's an A6 2.7T with the A6 4.2 wheels installed:

how about A6 2.8 rims, do they have the same brakes as the A6 2.7T?

Default My friend has these on his A4. Not sure if they would fit the S4...

Default A6 2.7T and 4.2 both have HP2 brakes, so should fit
of course I'm "offset stupid" so I dunno about that direction. Brake clearance on stock S4 shouldn't be an issue.

No - TT has different bolt pattern.
