Default Not sure but isn't it the same without a chip? unless you
are assuming a higher redline (rev limiter removed with chip).

I understand the rev limiter is removed with a chip.

Default Speed limiter is removed. Rev limiter, generally speaking, is increased just a few hundred RPM

about 100mph -- rev limiter is only upped by a couple hundered RPM...

Default I cannot imagine how disastrous this would be...
... most chipped drivers drive hard, which means banging against the limiter now and then. Dozens of motors would run into overstress conditions if the limiter were removed.

I know of no chip manufacturer that removes the rev limiter.
