Default I have always just wiped down my dash with a damp cloth. . .

Just get a soft cloth wet, ring it out and wipe away. . . If it is in bad shape, you can use Lexol for dash and other vinyl pieces.

Plastics such as the cluster panel and any light lenses can be cleaned using Plexus as well as any chrome or plastic chrome you can find.

Hope this helps.

Default While on the cleaning topic...

The previous owner left some scratch marks on the door panels from his shoes.

Any ideas how to clean that up? Cleaning with a rag won't work.

Default Are you referring to this piece?

If you are, that is not plastic, it's a painted surface (could be plastic underneath, but you don't want to use plastic or trim dressings). Wiping window cleaner on it is not a good idea. To get it really shiny, use the same polish you'd use on your paint.

I use Klasse AIO on it and it removes all the swirl marks, in addition to giving it a nice shine.

Default On the interior? Use an interior cleaner...

I use Griot's interior cleaner to clean up scuff marks on the doors or seats. It works well, and I like the fact that it has no scent whatsoever.

If it's actually a scratch, you should try Plexus I guess, but I doubt there is much you can do.<ul><li><a href="http://www.griotsgarage.com/catalog.jsp?L1=L1_1000&amp;L2=L2_1006&amp;SKU=1110 4">Griot's Interior Cleaner</a></li></ul>
