What size tires will fit on a 18x8.5 set of wheels with 30mm offset? (m)
I just bought a new set of wheels for the spring. They are 18x8.5 with 30mm offset. What size tires will fit with the stock suspension? I was thinking 235/40-18 but i'm not sure....

That's not really the best offset for that size of wheel, especially for this car.
The widest tire you can get under an S4 is a 255, and only a small number of people are running that size. I'm running 255/35/18's on 18 x 8.5 Fikse FM/5's with an offset of 40.5mm front, and 38.65mm rear. With this wide of a tire, and being lowered a little, I had to roll the front fenders really well to prevent rubbing.
With a 30mm offset, 225's or 235's is probably the widest tire you can use, those wheels will be sticking out pretty far.
