Default What steps are needed to hide chip upgrade

Here is the deal, the warranty is from my credit union, NOT the dealer. I'm assuming this is going to make it easier since they are in chicago and I'm in phoenix. Just incase though, what do I need to do, beside swapping it with the original?

Clear the low voltage code, if you get one, and make sure not to scratch the ECU screws
