What suspension components to replace? (Tie Rod ends..)

Both my Front Tie rod ends are torn and making noise so I figure while I'm in there replacing them I should probably take the opportunity to replace other components.
What else should I replace?
Upper Control Arms and Bushings? Anything else?
BTW: I'm coming up on 60k and I've been lowered for ~8k miles

Ok cool....in your picture that I posted...the tie rod end is by itself to the left of control arms.
...just want to make sure I'm not thinking incorrectly here 
Is it normal for them the boots to tear?

make sure your inner tie rods aren't bad / make sure you can separate the end from the inner
otherwise it's just easier to purchase new tie rod assemblies and replace the entire unit at one time.
