Suction pump [078 133 701 AD] - I just replaced mine; freakin' thing is easy to break at the "T".
It broke off at the "T" where the check valve is so I had to replace the entire assembly. It did *not* come w/the rubber grommet though; I believe that is part of the accordian hose assembly. Sorry.

You will need to drill out the RS4 accordian and put that grommet in you lost for ASP stage 3.
Just did that a couple weeks ago. Thats how I know how hard it is to get that damn grommet out of the stock MAF accordian and into the RS4 accordian.
