Default Some track require long pants and long shirt
You should check with the organizer for the dress code. I guess your limbs would only get lightly burned if you have jeans and a turtleneck on.

Helmet requirements vary, so do clothing requirements. Some (NASA comes to mind as an example) requires long pants, long sleeves. Some require proper (nomex) driving gloves in addition. And many others just say no open-toed shoes, but otherwise anything goes (so to speak).
