What type of power does a Rousch 3 mustang cobra put down? Just saw one, nice body to it.

this guy at Pepperdine wants to run my Audi in his rousch 3 for $100.
I guess we'll see if Toasty is right, and if my car can go faster than 13:00.

Rousch 3 mustang GT is 360hp, not sure what a Rousch 3 mustang Cobra would be??? more

It has a Eaton 90, gen 4 roots blower on it.
If he could launch it properly and has modified it any, it could be quick, it needs Drag radials.
A basic stock Cobra Mustang with just a Vortech Blower will have at least 400RWHP. Add some 4.56 gears, an H-pipe and an Intercooler, it would be pretty fast, if it can get traction.

When this guy lines up on a dark street with 100 mexicans and rednecks yelling and screaming, he's gonna **** bricks.
Not to mention I'm gonna pull an easy 3 cars on him out of the hole...
So basically what I'm saying is that his high dollar microwave/supercharged mustang doesn't stand a chance.... even if he makes a perfect pass. It's just impossible for that car to produce on the street.

Easy $100 I already took 1 in south Philly 3 weeks ago
He pulled pretty quick but not quick enough. The trick is to talk enough smack to make him nervous and f**k up the launch and the rest is in the bag.

You might be in trouble
Cobras get real fast real quick. But they lack traction! Believe me, I had one with a 5.46 rear. It was fast as **** on a roll, but really hard to hook up, esp on the street.
Depends on how well he drives, and what kind of traction he has out back. If he's got some nice wide drag radials, it's gonna be tough.
The bottom line, it's his to win or lose. And it can vary widely. That's what I love about my S4, consistancy.
