A/C lines typically make a hissing type sound when you 1st shut down.

I was assuming it was related to A/C. Wasn't sure if the hiss was some leak though. It does go away

those would be where you recharge. but nothing is coming out of them. expanding back 2 room temp

As long as your A/C is working it's a normal sound and not a leak.
