Default what would cause requested boost to be lower than actual boost?

It's homebrew and ECUx shows that requested boost spikes to 1.3 bar and tapers down to 0.9 bar. Actual boost is flat at 1 bar. However, my defi HUD shows spike at 1.45 and holding at 1.35 until redline.
The other question since I see differences in ECU and in-cabin boost display, how accurate are these electronic HUDs?

The 1 bar flat actual curve is due to you having a VAST TCD.

Default I actually read one of your old posts about TCD so that I know.

However, why would my requested boost appear so much lower on ECUx than what I see on the gauge?

Default The requested curve is what X chip generally asks for on K03s. To trick the ECU into allowing us...

to run more boost (what you see on the gauge), we run a TCD that shows the 1bar flat actual boost curve.

Basically, what you're seeing is exactly what pretty much every other homebrew person on the planet sees....requested from the ECU, actual from the ECU, and actual on your boost gauge are all different. ;-)

Default that makes sense.

Does that mean that no matter what pressure I set my MBC at, ECUx should see the same requested and actual?

Default dont want to sound like a noob but what is the difference in unplugging your ecu for 30 min and...

just un hooking your battery for a few seconds? what exactly does unplugging the ecu do? just reset everything its learned so you can start fresh or what?

Default Antonio, don't believe that will affect requested boost...think you're on to something with TIP...

Mike O sees same thing in his logs from what I've noticed.
