how are you determining you are running rich?
If I were you, I would inspect as many of the intake hoses as I can to see if there are any tears or loose hoses..

or if someone stalls it( my wife once and detail guy second time) the codes will be thrown. If I cruise at a constant speed for a couple of blocks at a very low rpm 1700 or less then I will get those codes and and CEL will come on. If I drive normally I can go for a week or two with no codes. But once the codes are thrown there is a loss of power.

But it could very well be a small leak somewhere that only manifests itself when you are only pushing low volumes of air.
Or, I guess, it could be bad O2 sensors? Hmm..
Try cleaning your MAF... takes about 10min to remove and replace it... let it soak for a while in some 90% or more Isopropyl alcohol (you can find this at your local Longs Drugs, generally)
