Default What is wrong with this clutch? (bww and longww)

This is the email I sent Clutchmasters this morning.
Im too lazy to type the story over again.

"Clutchmasters,

I spoke to someone about a month ago about my stg 3 clutch for my 2001 Audi S4. The problems I was having was possible clutch slippage and the feeling of the clutch never fully engaging. My modifications are similarly comparative to that of the folks on Audiworld.com with the same clutch. So that's why i don't think it's a "too much power" issue. What concerns me is that not only has nobody ever really had problems with this clutch but I have also take steps to eliminate any other possible causes such as replacing the master and slave cylinders as well as the clutch return spring. I have recently taken the clutch out to further inspect the problem. Im no expert so I photographed the clutch disk in order to share with you what may be the cause. The pressure plate was intact with no missing fingers or any obvious damage. The clutch was having these issues since the day i first put it in. There is a total of only about 1,500 miles on the clutch. Let me know what needs to be done. Thank you for taking the time to assist me with the issue.

The photos can be found here:

If you need to see photos of the rest of the clutch, or anything else, that can be done=\ easily as well.

Much appreciated,

..And here are the big photos. Basically I noticed some interesting wear on the pads. Like they only wore on the outer edges which would prove the theory that the clutch was never fully engaging? Also i noticed some grinding away of one of the springs in the disk. The grinding was clean so it looked like it was going on while inside the car. Other than that, im clueless. There isnt anything obvious to me. Maybe someone here can find something i cant. Thanks for looking.

(Also, I think I would have rather had the 6 puck. But that's a different problem.)
