what your normal oil temp on the hot day?

Default I have only hit 225 once, and it was 95 degrees out and I had driven for over an hour
I usually am between 210-220

at 115 in vegas I'll see 250 when i'm pushing it. normal =225 to 210

I guess all the little things add up and help? Or maybe my car is just a freak of nature? I push it really hard too, not just cruising.

Default Or your gauge is wrong or you don't know how to read it. I can't believe your oil temp is never
above 225.

Default Always tops out at 220-225. This is in 95-100 degree heat.
Not pushing the car insanely hard, just after spirited driving. I use Mobil 1 0W-40.
