Default 2nd.. Need bone stock dyno numbers to reference to.

All dynos are different. Need some totally stock numbers if you are trying to figure out what crank HP should be. Could also run a FATS test or Gtech RR for comparison.

the amount of power the engine is producing after drivetrain loss...

Default A better measure is what % are you better than stock..

Forget about the rest of the stuff. All of us have measured our cars a multitude of ways, but in the end it comes down to how much better than stock are you.
