...first off, interesting you mention it as the Osram 5,300K because it's listed as the Osram 5,400K even though it's actually 5,300K...marketing? :-)
Anyway:
@35 wattss
Philips Ultinon 6,000K: ~2,200 lumens
Osram Xenarch 5,400K: ~2,600 lumens
@50watts the Osram Xenarc 5,400K is noticeably brighter but the Ultinon does emit a nicer, "cooler" color.

-SPP Stage 3 HID Kit with 50 watt ballast
-Philips 4,100K D2S HID Bulbs
-Porsche Bi-Xenon projectors
-E-Code housings
-Send Audimods/Agravic everything and have him custom install the Porsche Bi-Xenon projectors into your E-Codes. Very expensive!
You will then have the brightest lights in the land. A slightly less expensive alternative would be to go with the Honda S2000 projectors retrofitted into the E-Codes.
