tiptronic = fancy automatic. sequential = manual with computer controlled hydraulic clutch (?)

Default this is a guess...

isnt tiptronic a Porsche patent as it uses this porsche variocam technology... and sequential shifting is a more of a fly-by-wire electronic clutch thing, most recently developed by Williams for BMW?... I'm pretty sure the Tiptronic is licenced out by Porsche, and perhaps thats the case with sequential???? dunno, maybe i'm on crack.

Exactly right. Poser automatic, and the real deal F1 computer controlled manual transmission.
