Default What's the easiest way to drain just a little bit of oil?

Overfilled by a half qt. Don't want to keep driving on this.

The oil plug is a binary thing right? Either it's off or on - no seepage? Can I loosen the filter and let some seep out that way?

Default they make "oil sucker" things. I had one. its a small tube that goes in the dipstick hole.

take the filter off, drain it.

if you are good you can use the plug... messy but effective.
