...since all the tools are right at his home.

I believe Piggie pipes are just the stock DPs without the pre-cats. He deguts the pre-cats, and then moves the O2 sensors further down on the DPs...AFAIK!

Default Piggie price is still cheaper then any tuner!
You also get the benefit to have Mr. Piggie show you around his neighboorhood!
I've heard the Pigglets in his town are darn HOTTT!
