Default I have my 'basic' setting at 90 sec...

The Greddy will up that time if it detects 'sustained' enthusiastic driving (I think I read in the manual that it's triggered at 3k rpm). I've also noticed that my timer starts climbing if I use either the A/C or heater

For hot days, or when I just wanna let it idle longer, I have the 2 other settings (P1 and P2) set to 3min & 5min

Default I had an EGT guage in my 97 Eclipse and found that in normal street driving, once you let it idle

the EGT almost always went as low as it would ever go within 30 seconds. If you are doing a full on track event, 3 minutes sounds like a good time to me.
