Best part? More like only part. Its pathetic to mod a car to lose performance for just the sound.

Default Alright...

I guess the intake talk is going this direction. First of all I know there are a lot of you out there that cry "you suck hot air, no performance gain." To all of you this:

Feel: The car feels stronger at high rpm. You feel less drop off on the throttle when letting off.

"The Hot air issue": I have the original stock air tubing that brought air to the stock air box still in place. This tubing draws fresh cold air from the outside through the slit above the radiator and dumps it on the filter. Sounds like its getting cold fresh air which many of you deny.

Sound: As everyone knows sounds great!

So the car sounds and feels better with my intake installed. Judge for yourself by driving b/f all of you say its a waste. Ask intake owners themself: Few if no complaints.

Default Yeah, thats about par for pro-intake comments.

Don't be a child about it -- if you spent your money on it and like it, thats just great. But don't sit here and try to convince people that there is any benefit beyond the sound. A whole lot of people a whole lot smarter than you, and having done a whole lot more research into the matter than you have demonstrated in *every* case that there is *zero* benefit from an added intake on an S4 below 500hp, and in most cases causes a noticable and documentable *loss* of performance.

So your opinion aside, I'm sure everyone else reading on here can easily figure out whose opinions are pathetic and whose aren't.

Default haha... Take off your Hood liner.

If you want to hear it more.. take off the rubber piece near the firewall and the cover too.

I have bov's and they're great and after I did this ... mad WHOOOSH YO!!!

Anyways... Warranty shouldn't be an issue since my car is always stock at the dealer.
