Default if its dust and it wipes off......ITS POLLEN......it is spring you know.
film residue from some sort of engine/tire shine on the hoses could easily make it stick.

does this work well on getting out tar "dots"? how long do you leave it on a wheel?

Default Hmm .. Can't imagine it being any easier ? Brake cleaner took it right off without
much work. Haven't noticed the problem with RS4 hoses ...

Yea. RS4 hoses are made of a different rubber. Atleast the outside of the hose is different.

tell me you are not buying that car from Poughkeepsie Nissan.

Be careful those guys are VERY shady... pay very close attention to the history of that car, more specifically if it has been in an accident.
