Default what's the hours estimate for stage 3, clutch, exhaust install?

I've been working the past two days and now I'm not sure I can finish by monday. How many hours would a garage charge to do this job? I'm not giving up..just curious. Just replacing the valve cover gaskets took more time than I figured.

Default if the shop knows what they're doing , with the right tools , it can be done

in 1 day . but they never do it , for a job like that they charge from 15-20 hours or 3 days .
my fastest time has been 11 hours for full stg 3 with clutch .
