If it's that auto you mentioned then from a dig you should take him in a 1/4 mile run
From a roll or if the race were to go much beyond 1/4 mile it would be very close.
I raced an 02 WS6 (ram air) 6spd and took him by 3+ cars from dig to up to 115 mph. I have only an X-chip.
From a roll though it's very close(above 100 they start pullin if I'm on 91octane). Those LS1's take to mods very well. I am not sure what just headers do for those cars but it wouldn't surprise me if it added some decent gains. Good luck. Put in some 104 race fuel. That should help the a lot.
I am sending the badge out tomorrow :-).

No way. SS is on street tires. With a good launch kevin should easily be ahead by 60.
Since he has K04's, dp's then that will help him out a bit on the top end. I still think with race fuel that the S4 wins up to 1/4 mile.

Hate to break it to you, but k04's w/o sofware won't get him in 12's easely...
He might pull a 12.8/12.9 if he's a PHENOMENAL driver. Look back at a year ago. All those k04 no software cars were doing worse then good k03 cars. Zerin ran 13's most of the time.
