whats the recommended spring rate for Stasis Tracksports for an everyday driver, possible tracking.

here, on 650/ 800.

i may opt for an aftermarket unit if i start going to the track alot.

the stock bar is working fine right now.

I use the stock bar. The balance is fine if you use rates as high as 700/800.
