Default what's the typical install time for a new clutch?

the other night I had very mild slippage for the first time and burnt clutch smell. It was a slow shift into second, then I put the hammer down. I only noticed the slippage in retrospect after smelling the clutch.

Default Depends on how competent the tech is.

I'd say between 4-5 hours.

Default you shouldn't need one for awile..it doesn't sound bad....

sh*t'll buff out. Anyways dealer times are a lot higher so i'm gonna say 11hrs from dealer 8 for a good shop and 6 for a shop who does a lot of S4 work.

Default I'm not going to go in just yet, maybe I can hold off until the catastrophic failure

then I can do the whole K04, dp, clutch install combo deal.

You may have just glazed it, probably nothing. Give it some time.

I doubt it's toast. Give it a few days and you'll probably be fine.
