Default And it will! Just not all. :-p

I do the same thing. I place a thin sheet of plastic backed with foam over the face. Then a thin sheet of styrofoam on top of that. The nature of the wheel is that it needs protection from hard external hits but you don't have to worry about it breaking inside. It isn't fragile.

One of my pet peeves is people not packing things right. And this is a big problem with the aftermarket industry. So I'm really glad you went to the trouble of making this post! :-)

I'm suprised you didn't mention your concern about the reps' clearcoat problem

Default If they are Hartmann/Achtuning replica wheels then they come with a YEAR warranty on the finish

So long as they have not been touched with any acidic or harsh cleaning solutions.

Default Out of the one year period. It was one of the first batches and

the clear is coming off one of the wheels.

Set is over 2 years old

Default Why it would come off only one wheel and not the others is mystifying -------->

And even though they are two years old, they were not driven much more than 12k miles? Wierd...

Yeah, and I'm not exactly the type to let a car be dirty for more than a few days
