slightly harsher over bumps, tighter steering i think.
i have 17's for winter: marshmellows! 18's before i got my 19's: not harsh, pretty good handling. 19's: just plain sick! definitely go for them, depending on where you live and the road conditions, you just have to be more cautious about bumps and potholes.

Overall mass may be less, however, the moment of inertia may be higher for the larger wheels
due to the increased radius. Basically, the 19's may take as much or more torque to turn regardless of the wheel's weight. Just something to consider if you're actually concerned about the weight of the wheels.

Point taken and I'm hoping between reduce wheel weight and....
reduced tire weight it is a "wash" on horsepower at the wheels. Hoping to gain better handling and a full wheel well in the end (better look).
