When going up to 18" or 19" wheels, is there a way to re-calibrate the speedometer?

Default When going up to 18" or 19" wheels, is there a way to re-calibrate the speedometer?

or is it not that big of a deal? I'm sure it barely makes a difference, but can you use the VAG tool to do it or something?

properly sized tires eliminate the problem

usually overall diameter doesn't change
