Default could be motor or tranny mounts...

do you have a DTS (drivetrain stabilizer)?

if so, maybe the bolts are loose.

Default hard to tell what "clunk feeling" means, but it could be the normal drivetrain lash

ie, the rear diff mounts.

does it sound like it's coming from the rear of the car?

if you don't have a DTS nor snub they may help this if everything else is normal. or so i've read. i haven't installed mine yet. sitting in the garage.

I had this issue too. It went away when I got a snub mount. Helps a ton.

Default motor mounts are shot...take a look underneath. Snub will help out alot! Especially

under hard shifts
