When I'm shifting through the gears if the revs don't match perfect there is a clunk feeling when
the clutch grabs. Any ideas? It's under warranty so give me the worst.

hard to tell what "clunk feeling" means, but it could be the normal drivetrain lash
ie, the rear diff mounts.
does it sound like it's coming from the rear of the car?
if you don't have a DTS nor snub they may help this if everything else is normal. or so i've read. i haven't installed mine yet. sitting in the garage.
