when tappin the boost for a gauge.. how critical is it that that nylon hose is all the way in?

Default when tappin the boost for a gauge.. how critical is it that that nylon hose is all the way in?
i can't seem to get the nylon hose into the 'T' fitting any further.. i have tried soap.. but i keep stripping the nylon away and i don't want to ruin the hose.. should i just leave it and zip-tie it up?

Default Get it in there as far as possible and just zip tie it. You should be good. BTW next time use the...
AWE boost gauge. Looks much much better and fits like a glove!

Default it's in most of the way..just about 2 mm from the end though.. i just dont want a leak..
the hose feels tight though.. thanks.

Default Got it in there as best as I could.... it was pretty tight. (that's what she said)
Just make sure the zip tie is on there real good.

Just be sure the fitting on the FPR doesn't leak. A leak there could ruin your engine.
