When you go in to get a front license plate signed off, do they rape your car for other stuff ?

I guess what I'm saying is do they inspect the car for other violations (Tint, too low, test pipes etc. etc. ?)
My car is not super flashy, lowered but not too low etc., test pipes with Milltek so it's not that loud.
Should I at least remove the test pipes ?
Plan on using heavy duty double sided tape on the license plate and frame or I will hit up Chaka to borrow his front panel.
BTW, I'm in SoCal.

I think it would be unlawful for them to write you up for other things. They might tug on it to make sure its properly mounted. Sometimes they just walk out, check the vin number and look at it and sign it off. I wouldn't worry about exhaust or anything like that.

they only look at your signed off violation.. if you have tinted windows.. i would advise to roll them down.. too many CHP or PD around their offices
