Where can I buy the "chopstick'' tool and the 32 mm wrench for the fan?

As for the chopstick tool, are you referring to the cam locking bar? Never heard it called that before.
If the chopstick tool is a tool that is used to hold the fan while you loosen it, you won't need that tool either. I just held my fan by hand, and left the serpentine belt in place. I took the adjustable wrench, placed it over the fan hub, and gave it a good tap with a rubber mallot. Came right off.

But you really don't need it. I used a 1/4" socket extension inserted in one of the holes on the pulley to stop it from rotating and then a 32mm to free the fan. It's not hard.
