Where can I get the OEM stickers that go on the underside of the hood?

Where can I get the OEM stickers that go on the underside of the hood?

Default From the dealer. At least one requires faxing title into to AoA, and may require Audi Tech apply it
The emmissions one, I believe. I've been there, done that!
