the clamps at Home Depot suck. I want to secure the vacuum lines better... what do you guys use.

Default I got braided vacuum hose from my service department.

The same kind that is used with your bypass valve. There was no specific part number, they told me its just called 3mm vacuum hose.

Default OEM...

I just stopped by my dealer and bought some OEM vacuum hose (yeah, I got raped), and some Oetiker clamps (pic). These clamps are better than zip ties (which is what you'll find many using). They will clamp the hose securely, and evenly, without pinching, and they won't deteriorate under the heat cycling in the engine bay.

Are those clamps one time use... and where/how much for the tool?

one time use | sears - end nipper pliers 'bout $10, or $20 for a set of 4 pliers.

Default Believe it or not, Pep Boys

had some great hose clamps that tighten down with an 8mm socket and are solid bands that will not cut the hose. They look like the ones above, but are reusable and cheap. I found them in the store by the fuel line.
