Where can I get those one-use crimp-type Audi hose clamps?

Where can I get those one-use crimp-type Audi hose clamps?
Specifically, I'm talking about the small clamp (non-screw type... the ones that you crimp them down to snug-fitting size) that is used to hold the small (4mm i.d.) vacuum hose onto the top of the BPV.
Does anyone know the name for the type of clamp so that I could ask for them by name at a NAPA or something?
Also, what is the size of clamp needed for that top BPV fitting?

I just got some at the dealer, try clair parts on the web. There's no P/N on them... sorry
I'm doing my Forge valve retofit this weekend so I picked two up on Tuesday. You should be able to describe them as "the squeeze type clamp for a vacuum line" to an Audi parts guy, Clair or other, and get the right thing.
