Where can one find a brake piston tool? any advice on the pesky rears?

Here you go - one of the best tools I have....oh, if you live near an Autozone,
they have them for rent (free) - It worked so well, I just let them keep my $35 deposit and kept it...it has multiple attachments so you can use it for different cars....

Are you talking about a pad spreader? If so, I borrowed a cool one at VIR.
It was a really simple right-angle tool with a plate on one end that spun about an axis and spread the pads away from the rotor. Worked really well, and didn't look too high-tech (read: hopefully not expensive). I'd like to get one.
