Default I have GIAC and some tuning done by AWE from the previous owner.
Can I still run the K04 without upgrading the software?

Default sure thing; you'll likely want a MBC in parallel with your N75 to cap boost, though
18psi on K04s will overwhelm your stock fueling, so if you cap it under 1BAR (14.7psi), you should be fine.

Default Some people have gotten creative with inlets, we do have a turbo+inlet package for $2,699 delivered
