frankly, the B6 is a worse value relative to the B5 S4 vs. A4. B5 a4 2.8 was a dog. the 3.0 isn't fast, but its not a dog nor an outgoing model either.

Default I actually thought about that before and after I got my S4... (more)
I love the S4 but still hard to justify the price difference when the only most notiable difference is the engine and no additional luxury component compare to the A4.

Default It is simple...
If you are *really* into cars and love the driving experience, get the B6 S4. If you don't frequently "tap into" the power, get a B6 A4 3.0.
