Default white exhaust smoke. couple questions and pictures...of smoke

Well i now notice that it only smokes quite badly when i bring up the revs and then let off, very quickly. I dont see how this would be coolant, but it could be possible.

To explain the pictures the smoke is after i just brought the rev's to 3k rpm, and held it there for about 5 seconds. I let off the gas, and it burbles a bit, i hear a wastegate noise, and then the smoke bellows out the exhaust tip.

As for the boost gauge pics, the one with a lower vacuum reading is at idle, than the vacuum dips down to an even -20 right at around 1500rpm.
Normal?

Just to note, my car still makes full boost, im running no cats on the car, and i notice a slight stumble at times.

If its not the turbos, that would be cool, but otherwise more money into the bottomless s4 money pit.

What am I supposed to learn from a blurry picture of a boost gauge?

Default I wouldn't, but then again I wouldn't drill holes in my gas tank either. Something is obviously

wrong, get it into the hands of someone who knows what they are doing before you F it up more.

Oh, I have no idea what a normal vacum reading is on that kind of boost gauge.
