Check the link inside, that's how I mounted mine.
Got some self tapping screws and did just like the instructions in the link, except I grounded mine on one of those bolts that attach to the net. I also did not go through the ecu box, instead I went through a grommet located near the battery (it's a little triangular piece of rubber)
I haven't had to put Dynamat, since I'm not really getting any rattles, and I did not take out/turn off the rear deck speakers. Since I'm not into big boomy bass, I set the basslink to give me just enough of a punch so that I can feel it in my seat, and the basslink performs very well in that aspect.
