Who has version 8 x chip?

Who has version 8 x chip?
Does your final gear (6) takes longer to full boost? Or is something wrong with my car? It seems pretty easy to full boost with all gears other than my 6 gear. 1st it goes spikes up to full boost then it goes back to 12psi(within 1 sec.) then after 3800rpm it goes full boost. Anyone have this problem or is it my car..never had this problem with my version 7.

Not exactly true. Todd has worked pretty hard to try and help with my similar problem
and even sent out a test chip for me to try. While he is maybe slightly over-confident about the X-chip funtioning right, he's certainly willing to entertain the possibility that the chip is acting funky.

Last time i check my leaks was 2 wks ago, and my tbb was punctured by the hose clamp, but..
I repaired it, and the problem didn't go away. Since you have it too, then i guess it is normal, nothing is wrong with our cars =). If i find out what ius wrong i let u know for sure..If you do find out what is wrong let me know..I think i'm gonna downgrade back to version 7 and see what is wrong..I 'll let u know how it goes..

No, something's wrong. I haven't found the prob. yet, but a group of us are all
over it. We'll figure it out. I just have to check my coilpacks and run maf-less to check some things. Going back to version 7 MIGHT be an idea.
