Default I have B&M which is about 1" shorter & just did the Piggie one so I had 1 1/8" cut off

since I had cut the plastic part of the boot down for the B&M. Will be installing it this weekend.

Default 28 mm off stock shifter

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/24943/img_0084.jpg"></center><p>I like it a lot, never miss finding third gear as the centering force is stronger. I did not rethread but found a shifter **** with a set screw.

Default 1.25" Yes you need a 12mm for $3 and a pipe cutter for $10 just return it when your done. Cheapest..

mod ive done and I love it. If you cut anymore that 1.25" you risk getting it into reverse depending on your ****. It shifts really well.
You wont be dissapointed. SS are nice but overrated. You can only shift these cars so fast anyway. Syncs suck.
