Default The RS4 Metal TBB is for use with the RS4 TB which is for use with the RS4 intake manifold.
but you'll need the RS4 injectors for the intake manifold, and also the inlet pipes from the IC's.

Yes they fit the S4.

You might also want to consider the reinforced TBB from AMS. Kevlar wrapped, inexpensive, comes with new clamps, works well.
