Stupid question of the day. Why do these things come in pairs? I've only ever used 1 jack at a time to change a tire. I bought a set this weekend and will be using them to put on my winter wheels tonight. Are you supposed to jack up both back wheels at the same time or something?

use the front jack point, and crank it up, and both wheels are off the ground..
then again, my suspension is pretty stiff - so you might not be able to do that ;-)

He said some people do more than change tires (maybe working underneath the car, etc.? That's what ramps are for. I did not mean ramps are for changing tires. :P
