Just wondering.
I have not had the pleasure of working with him, but friends that I trust have.
I also like the fact that he is certified and not a tuner/shop allowing the "groupies" to take a wrench and start banging on your car.
I also appreciate for the most part he is honest in his feelings about various components (he does have a business to run, so at times will push a particular product, but he does not slam the competition and if something works, he will say it works, competition or not).
I think Jeff is a pretty good asset to AW (although he lives in the wrong side of CA).
And as some of you know, Jeff and I have hashed it out over GIAC, IBE and other related products in the past, and we will probably continue to have these types of discussions, but they are handled professionaly and not taken personally.
Anyways just thought this would be an interesting topic.
Any other mechanics that you would suggest to the group, please post here.
I have also "heard" great things about Kentek (sp?) in Texas, even by their peers.
Also Jason@ND, always takes the time to discuss projects with you.

Jeff Moss - what can one say - "magic"
One thing that stands out from Jeff in my mind is the time he takes to explain - he also has patiences - AND VERY Honset ! - workmanship is brilliant and very detailed (no cutting corners)
and that's bad side ;-)
The good side he's "dirty" very dirty - I love that from him
all in all - a great new friend for me
I've used servel "shops" - nothing touches Captain Dirty - nothing ! ;-)
This is just my opinion
Mad post Tory - nice ;-)

Many installers stay away from AW because of the idiocy and flaming. There are many who do not post here. In NJ I would recommend Danny at KMD Tuning, a certfied Audi/VW tech.

and made sure everything was setup correctly when I threw it back in. He genuinely cares about his customer.
Some places could give a rat's *** once they have their $$...but not Jeff.

...but yes, I had an opportunity to speak with Jeff for the first time last week. He seems like a very good guy. I'm going to be having him do my Tip-Chip in a few days.
Didn't Jeff used to be one of the operators of Velocity, in Carson?
