Why the hell are downpipes for these things so expensive?

Obviously you've been living in a hole your entire life...
With aftermarket companies slowly feeding you a line of crap, and now you're starting to think it tastes good.
The fact that you can have a custom set made for 1/3rd the price is a testament to the profit margin. Even if they made only ten downpipes in each manufacturing run, the economics of scale would dictate that the costs would be less per capita.

You charge less than most anyone else. So I'm sure you'd like to open up your books for us to take a look at your costs. No problem right? That's what we call: "Putting your money where your mouth is."
