Why is hoppen the only U.S. distributor or MTM tuning products?

MTM has a very well designed and researched product. Although I do not want to start another lame argument over why one tuner is better than the other, I feel like MTM stacks up to some of the other tuners more widely available in the US. I feel like MTM would be a great alternative to those not looking to extract the most amount of power from their cars, but still increase the performance,. Yet it is so damn hard to get their products! Why won't they open up a few more distributors and get their products on the market a little more? I say the US needs another distributor!

would not need to charge so much. I mean, I do not know how their business is run, but I am under the impression that they have a pretty small audience (at least here in the US).

I talked to Hofer Thomas (Sportec) and he said that Rival Motorsport will become the official distributor in the USA, but the website has been under construction for quite some time. Scott (Rival) is taking orders via email in the interim, but still a pain to get stuff. I'd rather do it via a website portal.

and even more without the Ferarri price tag...last time I priced out their stage 3 kit it was like 40k! No thanks! I have about 40K invested in my ALL my S4 mods AND the entire cost of my '03 Mini cooper S!
