you obviously havent searched...
The merits of all of the available exhaust systems have been discussed at length.
Also...the "milltek dual pipe 3"...AKA..the Milltek SuperDual is not a 3" system, its dual 2.25" while the Milltek Single is a single 3"
They both provide adequate flow to eliminate the 'sandblaster' noise when chipped and both provide more power (Stratmosphere.com claims 20 and 21 hp respectively, although, realistically it's less).
I personally love my Milltek Single. Its deep (yet still relatively quiet) and not at all raspy. I do, however, wish it was a bit meaner at WOT.

The area of 2x2.25" is about 12.5% greater than 1x3". It should have slightly higher performance...
I have the Milltek 3" single and I am very happy with it. It has a nice low tone like a Porsche, but sounds great at WOT. I have heard a local person that has the 2.25" dual and it sounds very nice. The dual was not available when I got my 3" single exhaust (4+ years ago). Today I would buy the Milltek Dual.

There's quite a few other things that need to be accounted for when comparing
exhausts. One of the most significant in the case of an aftermarket exhaust is the pipe bends. Pressure loss in a short pipe due to changing the direction of airflow is at least as significant as wall friction losses. I haven't seen any manufacturer publish the angles their exhausts make to fit the car so it's hard to account for those losses.
If you look at the dyno plots AWE made of a dual vs stock and a 3" vs stock there is no clearly better exhaust. Some of my best estimates put the difference at 0.1-0.2 psi.
