wierd clunking noise coming from the back/middle of the car.

wierd clunking noise coming from the back/middle of the car.
so my car has started to make some clunking noise, it sounds kinda like something metal hitting something else.
earlier in the year i went over a speed bump that was way bigger than it looked and my car scraped pretty bad, it made a rubbing noise every time i let off the gas, after a couple days it went away.
so i dont know if these two things are related or not. i have no idea how the clunking noise could have started, there are some pretty bumpy roads around here which could have started it, maybe knocked something loose.
also i have a wheel bearing that needs replacing, could that have something to do with it?
